Prior to joining Lincoln & Rowe, Alia Ali served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a global technology company. With over 16 years of experience, she has held multiple General Counsel positions, bringing extensive corporate governance experience and providing advice while serving on various boards.
Throughout her in-house engagements, Alia continued to actively practice law, specialising in corporate and commercial matters, and offering comprehensive advice to clients throughout the business life cycle.
Alia’s entrepreneurial experience as the founder of her own legal consultancy gave her a unique perspective on the challenges faced by business owners. She has a robust background in the technology sector, having advised on and drafted a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
